Driver Qualification Requirements
To qualify for employment with KC & L Transport, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
No more than 1 moving traffic violations or 6 total points within the past 3 years
(Stricter standards may apply for drivers with less than 12 months CMV experience)
No more than 2 preventable DOT-recordable accidents within the past 3 years
(Stricter standards may apply for drivers with less than 12 months CMV experience)No DUI convictions
Must possess a valid Driver’s License)
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Overall driving history, work history, and risk factors may also be considered
Must not be disqualified under any applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or rules
